Dear Client:
In light of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the interest of our clients, employees, and our community, we will be suspending all face to face client meetings until it is safe to resume normal business practice. This includes all bookkeeping clients as well as our tax clients.
The health of our clients and employees are the main objectives. On any given day we are seeing anywhere for 5 to 10 clients during tax season. Due to this, we are practicing social distancing in hopes to do our part to limit contact with everyone, and hopefully the potential to spread the virus to our clients and/or employees who might have an elevated risk of exposure.
With the closure of schools and current issues, I and my staff will also at times be using remote access to our office in order to help minimize the risks. Please be patient for return calls, etc.
Due to this change, we request if you currently have an appointment scheduled to please drop off your tax documents in our lobby area or mail them. This will allow us to review the information and we can schedule a phone call to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. Please call our office before coming in to make sure our lobby area is open. (330-479-9441)
We also utilize a portal system, some of you are currently using this and we strongly encourage this method of delivery for your tax and/or bookkeeping information. We can then forward the tax return to you and you can review and sign it from the comfort of your own home.
We appreciate your understanding during this time, considering recent news, we feel its best to prioritize the health of our clients and our employees over taxes and bookkeeping in person meetings.
